As an Application Support Engineer, you will,

  • Use tools like Sentry for real-time monitoring.
  • Resolve application errors efficiently and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback and suggestions for API improvements.
  • Oversee the deployment, scaling, and management of applications on Azure.
  • Maintain security, availability, and performance standards in the Azure environment.
  • Address user queries and incidents with clarity and professionalism.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Create logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates.
  • Share insights on application health and suggest improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

As an Application Support Engineer, you must have
