As a HR Intern, you will –

  • Support the onboarding process by preparing and organising necessary documentation for new hires. Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and filed according to company protocols.
  • Assist in the coordination and documentation of performance management processes.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, and procedures, help maintain and update compliance documentation and records.
  • Prepare and maintain various HR reports as required, ensuring they are completed within the established Turnaround Times (TATs).
  • Ensure that all reports are accurate, up-to-date, and available for review by HR management.
  • Take the initiative to learn and understand all HR policies, processes, and best practices.

As a HR Intern, you must have -

  • Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Comfortable using office software (e.g., MS Office) and willing to learn HR management systems and tools.
  • Flexible and open to taking on various responsibilities, including supporting both HR and administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in all interactions, whether handling confidential employee information or communicating with staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Available to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of six months.
